We stayed here for two nights with our family of six during the holiday season, and it was a wonderful home away from home. The entire front desk staff was extremely helpful, professional and kind. They happily accommodated a late checkout since we had a midnight flight out of Spokane, which made our return trip much more comfortable. This team truly excels at customer service.
