RUDE customer service.
This place is absolutely horrible. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! My grandad was in the hospital for 2 weeks and got transferred to this rehab. He was literally only there for 5hrs and they already let him fall on the floor. Causing him broken ribs and a brain bleed. We left him at 8pm. And got a call at 12am saying he has injuries already. The staff was very rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained. They even told us it’s not their fault and had nasty attitudes about the situation as if they didn’t care. They even trie... read more
The attitude of the therapist was so negative that it was offensive. Walking out was a pleasure. Tried to call the Patient Satisfaction Coordinator on 4 different days. Never an answer or call-back. Tells me a lot about why the therapist could so smugly be mean to a new patient. I will happily recommend to all my friends and coworkers to avoid that whole facility like the plague.
Very rude and unhelpful to Deaf person who is me. I walked away.
The worst treatment that I have ever experienced. Customer service does not exist in this facility.
