my mother has lived here over 30 years she's has long since retired and the covid 19 virus has pretty much wiped out her part time job she's now 73 years old and moving in with me but Springhill apts has now decided to fault my mother for not giving notice and giving her an eviction notice , I know the rules but really??? 73 years old and 30 year resident and you can't just respect she can't do it anymore instead of trying to screw her on the way out?
Most of the residents think very poorly of this complex. I don't have the highest opinion. I've been here 6 years this summer. I have seen several managers come and go during this time. My biggest complaint with this complex is when it comes to the swimming pool. It seems to stay closed more than it is opened. And I hear all kinds of excuses as to why it is not opened. I am fed up. It is expensive to go to the nearby water park and put gas in the car to go to the beach. I may not renew my lease. I'm keeping track of the days... read more
Check the other website reviews and you'll see for yourself: Rats, roaches, people always loitering, drug dealers, constant fights, mold, leaks, poor laundry room that barely has working machines, you have to pay for your visitors to park there, they are quick to tow even the residents, maintenance can take a long time to come out, no security for package delivery (it will get stolen), old out dated appliances, drafty windows, etc...... Not worth it!
The maintenance is horrible they refuse to fix anything. The apartment isnt installated thus the centeral heat & air don't work. During the winter its cold and during the summer its hot. Its beatufil yes but its not worth being uncomfortable. Please reconsider living here. From an angry tenant
Don't rent from these people or visit anyone who lives here unless you wanna pay a tow bill..
