First i can say from my experience living there for four years that the high rent is ridiculous for this old apartment complex. I would say about $750 - $850 a month at most is enough. Especially for older residents living on a fixed income or retirees. Secondly, whatever fumes happen from maintenance working on a next door apartment, that are empty, paint fumes seeped up in my upstairs unit and its affixation from hell.
