I reported mold over a year ago. Nothing was ever done. The manager at the time raised her voice louder and louder as I tried to speak and then hung up on me. The rent is raised every year with little upgrades. A small fenced in dog area was placed and is already broken. The laundry room was removed. There have been ZERO updates to the inside of individual apartments. Do not rent from here. They will find any reason to take more money from you. Lived here for 12 months, had multiple maintenance problems. I will say they were helpful until upstairs apartment had a water leak a few months ago. They put a towel above my water heater and never came back. Horrible amount of mold grew & they did nothing.
A/C wasn't working. Put in maintenance request in the evening and was fixed the very next day. Maintenance worker was professional and knowledgeable! For our building, everyone is nice and there's not a lot of noice. So far, we love living here.
If you enjoy insane amounts of BARKING DOGS at all hours of the days and nights and bass thumping music from neighbors THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
