We currently live here and cannot wait to get out of our lease. The apartment we moved into was DIRTY with leaks under the sinks. I had to call and complain to get a cleaning person and maintenance to come do what they should’ve done before we even moved in. They’re not great about maintenance requests. There is always something more urgent than any issue you have. I'm originally from Sycamore Creek that moved to Springhill due to ceiling fans and our own washer and dryer which sycamore didn't have. But Sycamore has other better features than Springhill does. Like covered parking near the Apartment units. Sycamore you can have paid parking spaces but make sure that your parking spaces says that in your lease and take a picture of it and don't delete it once signing is finished and ask for copies of the lease too. I have spent a while deciding if I wanted to do this review and im finally fed up enough to write it. We are on our third lease here and we loved the location and knowing we were so close to lakeside park but we should have seen the red flags at the very beginning.
