I've lived here for about 2 years, I'm likely to not renew this time. The first year we were always on time with rent but even our first experience moving in was an odd one with the office, the management changed and so did the office ladies. My second year here we ran into issues paying rent because I lost my job now we are paying easy again. I've enjoyed my stay at Springhill Apartments so much that l moved from one unit to another. The office staff and maintenance crew get kudos from me. Washer and dryer in every unit saves me a trip to the laundromat.
The ladies in the office work quickly to help me get approved. Move-in was seamless and easy. The property is gorgeous and located in a quiet tucked away area. The apartment itself is nice, a few repairs needed, not sure how long maintenance takes to fix things yet. So far, would recommend.
