The staff at Spring Hill apartments always makes me feel like this is home. As it should be, because it is. A lot of other places treat the apartment complex like their job, and not a place where people actually live. The staff at Spring Hill are always respectful and helpful, and always there when you need them. The front office staff is not only knowledgeable, but friendly and compassionate. I had a successful move in the office people where nice and sweet and they where vary helpful and are vary attentive to when I need something I can call and they will help me right away and the maintenance help out so much with turning on my electricy and I can contact them at any point and time I need them witch is great and my apartment looked very nice I loved the way it looked and how the washer and dryer is inside and how it had everything I needed and I would say this place is a good place to live at and I would recomm... read more
Honestly I’ve not had any problems with the complex. Sure their may be leaks and other thing. But they work very hard to get things fixed in a timely manner. I was recently in an accident and they’ve made some many accommodations including our own parking spot as I’m not very mobile at all. Sure their maybe some hiccups but it’s always sorted out.
I like the reception I got from the staff. It was a smooth transition.
