Great staff, very professional and explained everything clearly. Made the mortgage paperwork relatively painless and finished everything quickly. I'll be using them again for sure.
TIME SENSITIVE DEAL: Fist off, they said they were busy with month end and can't get my title transferred. Ok fine. Then 3 weeks later I email and no response. Then I call next day and she tells me she was off for a week" still missing a week" then, she sends a withhold letter till I pay in full, which is close to closing time. I get payment to them, and she finally sends paperwork, again at closing time. Which it was missing a key signature place, which they were all busy or gone for the day.
