I know I am 70 year old lady who lives there that has mold on her apartment. She has reported it. But nothing is being done. She has now developed health related issues.She was being harassed by a neighbors visitors and nothing is being done . The property manager breaks confidentiality regarding complaints
If I could give it no stars I would. The lady in the leasing office is rude and nasty. Maintenance has no idea what maintenance is and he only picks up trash well because fixing things seems to be too complicated. My apartment has been outdated since I moved in. I had my apartment vandalized on a Thursday night and called emergency maintenance they couldn’t get in touch with him because he was sleep he never came out. So I had to call a family member to put up ply wood over my patio back door since it was completely shattere... read more

The one and only person , lady in rental office is too unpleasant to have as my landlord. Not friendly and I’m not pursuing moving there because of this . Good luck to those who do good grief
It used to be a nice place to luve but its gone totally down. The people in the offfice are rude and disrespectful, the houses are outdated the drugs are out of control and things are handled totally wrong
