Not Worth the Money or the Stress Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. For $1500 a month, you’d think management would care about basic quality of life issues — but think again. I’ve made multiple complaints about one especially disruptive tenant, and instead of addressing the individual causing the noise and chaos, management just sends out vague, useless emails to everyone like we’re all the problem. Do not rent from Springford Apartments/ deSouza Brown!! If I could give it a zero stars, I would! They do not care about their tenants, they do not care about anything except money! I renewed my lease January 1, 2025. I had been there for a year. A few weeks after I renewed new tenants moved in above me, and they were absolutely horrible neighbors from day 1.
