Went to check out a mower. Looked at the mower, he assured no issues. Went ahead and purchased the mower. As I was loading I noticed 2 large plugs in the sidewall of the rear tire. Went back to David (owner) before finishing loading and made him aware and asked if he could take care of the issue. His solution was to trim off the excess plug, or for me to bring in my old mower and he would take the tires off of it and put them on the mower I just bought from him. I requested my money back. Dave is my go to for keeping my Cub cadet going. It seems to break down at least twice a season because our property is pretty harsh terrain, and he always gets it going again. He’s knowledgeable and also supports my Husband with his professional lawncare equipment. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional with excellent service!!!
I purchased a used bad boy a few weeks back and it developed an oil leak the owner stood behind it and not only fixed it for me at no charge he also replaced the gasket on the other valve cover that wasn't leaking with a factory upgrade kit to prevent any further issues. He also adjusted the tracking. I was very impressed by this level of service and would highly recommend Springfield Mow to anyone needing a mower or service. Support your local family owned business!
