Update. Springfield Yamaha called me back and let me know that their phone system wasn't working properly after the July 4th holiday - it wasn't relaying the message that the dealer would closed for the week afterwards. Apparently the problem was a glitch with their answering service. However, their website also made no mention that they would be closed after the holiday and showed them as being open on their business hours. We were looking for a 2014 Yamaha Majesty that they had in stock. They said over the phone that they would take our trades for the bike and then after driving from Elkins Arkansas to Springfield which is 3 hours each way, they said they didn't want the Aprilia Mana and then low balled both the bikes way under the clean trade in value they were worth. So we walked away. Beware of trading with them.
