We absolutely love SWS. The coaches are great role models for our kids and help them build a solid foundation of functional motor skills.

We have been going to the gym for classes for a while and my kids really enjoy it. I see huge improvements in their strength and flexibility. We recently did a birthday party for my 8 year old and it was amazing! They had staff members engaged with the kids the entire time ensuring safety and that everyone was having fun. Definitely recommend for parties, and their flexible schedule for classes and open gym make it easy to fit in.
Inadequate padding on the floor under things you can fall off of from a not insignificant height, for some reason kids were climbing on things with dart guns in hands when they should have just been focused on not falling
