Our dog Ringo was a patient here for almost 11 years. Today I came in to pick up his ashes, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The bag was handed to me without a word of acknowledgment, and the staff went right back to their conversation. As if i had picked up take-out food. I cannot recommend Springfield Veterinary Hospital enough. After two weeks of trying to take care of an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis in my cat, they helped more in one hour than multiple other locations combined.
