I am so relieved to find out that the office did reach out to contact my husband but he was the one that did not answer the call. I also, understand that sometimes calls might be missed because the doctors are so much in demand which has nothing to do with the doctor's ability and competency as a great doctor!
NOONE at the doctors clarksville or springfield office will answer the phone..my primary care provider Jason Cummings sent a referral and since dec 2024 I have been calling off and on but NOONE answers the phone...I even left a message with them about the awful customer service I wonder if the doctors know what the front staff is doing??
DR YARLAGADDA AND THE TEAM ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. CALVIN AND I APPRECIATE THE AMOUNT OF TIME AND EFFORT THAT GOES INTO EACH APPOINTMENT. THE NURSES GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY, AND WE COULDN'T BE MORE THANKFUL. THIS IS BOTH THE SPRINGFIELD AND CLARKSVILLE OFFICE.
