Horrible patient care, don't read charts and put patients off that need immediate medical attention...especially the elderly!!! Shame on you, do your jobs!!
The Dr.'s are wonderful, but the staff is poor. Saw my doctor a week ago and he wants me to have an MRI done. I never got any kind of call to schedule it so I called my insurance company and they have never received a request for the MRI to be approved. Call the office and I was told the request will be sent sometime next week. REALLY!!!! I get that I'm not the only patient there but 2 weeks or more to send in a request is alittle much don't you think.
Nice to know you hire employees who violate the hippa act... I will be contacting an attorney about your employee posting about my medical info on Facebook!
Watch out for that lady in billing...if your insurance company becomes a pain she will absolutely make you feel like a piece of trash as many times as she wants. She was almost excited to tell me I was dismissed....nobody ever whispered a word about payment arrangements. I agree it's a fee for service transaction but they could have treated my situation with a hint of kindness. Don't get me wrong Dr. Columbo is a good doc. Now, days after an er visit, I'm sitting home with my 5 kids trying to figure out how to get myself rig... read more
