Terrible place to live, terrible management manager is rude don’t know how to be professional at all. Tries to act like he owns the place, doesn’t let the tenants use the kitchen that is downstairs in the building but lets his mother whom doesn’t live there use it all the time there’s a gym that he doesn’t let the tenants use only him & his friends are aloud to. In July I applied for an apartment. I was called in for an interview later that month. I was asked when I could move in, and I said September because I had a hernia surgery scheduled for the first week of August and I knew that I physically wouldn't be up for a move for a couple or three weeks. I was told that an apartment was available as we spoke, and it was a first come sort of thing, so I agreed for August even though I likely wouldn't be moving in that soon. Maintenance don't help out residents
Was delivering for instacart , I have a handicap placard so parked in handicap slot. When I came out my truck would not start. They came out while trying to get it started and yelled that I could not park here. I told them the issue and that I had a placard they said it did not matter I did not live here. Well guess what. I will let it be known to instacart and other shoppers for them that this is a bad delivery area and Thank-you for being nasty at Christmas time
My mom lives there.. she's been there almost 10 years and she loves it.
