I have been going to Springfield Tire for almost 20 years. Today I went and was told I needed an appointment. That would have been fine if the manager at the front desk asked me politely to schedule one, but instead he just had a bad attitude through the whole interaction. Up until telling me they close at 5 when the website says 5:30. Why I went back is beyond me since they have messed up things on my vehicle over the years. My pregnant wife was stranded and this business refused to help mount her spare tire I would not recommend you come to this place. Very lazy workers and very un knowledgeable about car work and Litteraly laughed in my face when I refused to buy a tire, when I already had a spare brand new ! TERRIBLE
Had a wonderful experience today here. Got my muffler replaced and an oil change and the car was ready the same day. Easy and convenient location and the staff was so nice. Thanks!!
**Edit...after 40 years in this location, the family was forced out when the building was sold. I don't know if the new building owners are operating under the same name, but it is not the same.** Family owned and operated. Replaced brake pads and rotors -thorough, friendly, helpful, honest and reasonably priced. They could have charged me for a diagnostic for engine light, but took the time to call dealership to see if I was still under warranty. They saved me a lot of money by not having work done at dealership.
