**Edit...after 40 years in this location, the family was forced out when the building was sold. I don't know if the new building owners are operating under the same name, but it is not the same.** Family owned and operated. Replaced brake pads and rotors -thorough, friendly, helpful, honest and reasonably priced. They could have charged me for a diagnostic for engine light, but took the time to call dealership to see if I was still under warranty. They saved me a lot of money by not having work done at dealership.
TNC inspections done here!! Great mechanics, fast service, good prices and super excellent customer service!! Trust me don't go anywhere else in Springfield, MA.
