Very happy with the storage unit itself. It was clean and dry, and after 7 months I saw no evidence of mice or rodents.
Very very hard to reach owner even when sending email through website or leaving voicemail on number. Consistently locked out of facility because they cut off your gate code. Stating that account is past due for coming month which posts between the 20th thru 22nd of month before. Want balance in full 10 days before the 1st of the month when the bill is actually due to have key pad code reset to enter gate.
