I dropped my machine off to be oiled and cleaned 4 weeks ago. I called today to check on my machine. I was immediately told that they had called and left a message saying that my machine had locked up and that they needed to order a part. I told them I had never received a call or a voice mail. I was told that they left one and then proceeded to tell me they were going to have to wait for parts. I sent a Facebook message 1 week ago. It was read and never responded to. Not very happy.
My name is Richard. I purchased a sewing machine at a Thrift Store. I am not a sewer, but wanted one! I went to Shawn's Sewing Center, Shawn and one of his associates helped me for over an hr, found it was missing a part, I made a part and returned to the store to find it still did not work. Shawn then gave me a complete sewing machine for free! This just does not happen these days! Great store! Excellent service!

Shawn’s Sewing Center is the best place every for sewing machine repair. Shawn is very knowledgeable, and can diagnose the problem from just seeing a piece of embroidery stitching. I purchased a used Brother Dream Machine from him a number of months ago and he has cleaned/serviced an older machine. I have been happy with all service and transactions. Shawn is honest and puts his customers first! Thank you Shawn!
The extremely friendly service. I felt like they really listened to me and helped explain what my machine was doing and why it was doing it. I will return to this store from now on.

I recommend Shawn 's Seeing Center to anyone who needs there machine fixed or cleaned. All the staff are great. Phyllis is great to brainstorm with and all the staff are polite. Stop by sometime, great atmosphere.
