Excessive rate increases, paint peeling on concrete in units, RAT FECES in crevices, insulation falling from the ceiling, water leaks that create mold (and for the money this greedy company gouges people out if you’d think they’d effectively address this like any other storage facility, but no…), security cameras that DO NOT WORK in places or are altogether missing, and a pattern of non responsiveness to tenant complaints force many to seek newer, more affordable storage options.
