They hire anyone just to fill in jobs , half the people don't know how to do jobs correctly. The staff & environment is horrible
The teachers need better education on how to deal with today's issue with all ages in school. Safety issues, racial issues, negligence issues. Many students struggle and these education employees just throw their hands up because they can't handle their classrooms.
District 186 is the worst! Period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
