Easy move-in, all issues upon move-in fixed in less than 48 hours. Great owner and office manager is super helpful. Also, unit looked like it was made over before move-in, but it looks like they knew what they were doing. No paint-drips on the wall or paint globs on carpet. I’ve been in places where the place looks good on the surface, but you run into shoddy, quick-fix patches later. Not the case here. Very happy, great price for the location.

I lived in Seth's Monroe apartment for 2.5 years. Before moving there I researched 8 different apartments around town and checked out 6. Seth's apartments were comparatively the cleanest and least expensive i saw. The Monroe property has a great, safe location, and any fixes our apartment needed over the years, Seth was quick to come fix. I would recommend Springfield Rentals to anyone, but especially someone looking to save some money. Great prices for great places!
Seth and his whole family were beyond welcoming and responded very quickly on the rare occasions that something was wrong with my apartment! I endorse wholeheartedly any and all properties they manage.
I've lived in a Springfield Rentals property for about 8 years now and love it. It's affordable and I have a ton of space. Seth and his father have always been great landlords and any maintenance concerns that I've had have always taken care of quickly and professionally. I'd highly recommend this company if anyone is looking to rent a nice, affordable place with some character.
