This place is the absolute worst! They should not be allowed to take on patient's when they cant treat them properly and take care of them properly my dad is there and has sat in his own poop for over 20 mins, they are lazy, my dad has had only one bath & been there 15 days, non responsive to call lights, he has had the same sheets on since he got there, when asked what the medications are that are being given they dont tell you. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY, but you can't submit without at least one star. If you care for your loved on at all, DO NOT take them to this facility. The place is lovely on the outside, but it is the staffing, care and policies that are highly inadequate. DANGEROUS place! My mom checked in needing only assistance with PIC line and IVs for a 12-day rehab order. She was to receive an IV every 8 hours due to a serious blood infection, as well as receiving her regular blood pressure and other medications. I realized upon walking into t... read more
The staff is very caring. They go out of their way to do all the necessary caregiving and also the "little things" that are so important. They really seem to care!
STAY AWAY! This place may look nice on the surface but unless you want your loved one to die with no explanation then PLEASE find another place. My grandmother was here for only 2 weeks for physical rehab on her leg and had no other health issues. After two short weeks of staying at this place she dies and no one can tell us what happened. According to the ER doctor she suffered a fatality injury to her head and had suffered this injury quite a while before the paramedics were called. Ive worked for them about a year now and its the best nursing home and rehabilitation health care provider i could ever think of.
They were very knowledgable & supportive, couldn't ask for a better rehab center!!
