Great docs and staff. Much better experience than I had at Ohio Valley
Wasn't impressed. I feel like he cared about my concerns. Spent a few minutes with me and then had an assistant give me a lace on boot to wear. No MRI Nothing. I went to another dr. And had arthroscopy surgery and need a TAR.
Confirmed my appointment for Tuesday morning. Went in for my appointment as planned, at the desk they told me my appointment was Wednesday. Later played their voicemail they left us confirming the appointment on Tuesday. Clearly this office doesn't have its affairs in order. Hesitant to not get a 2nd opinion after dealing with the PA later today, since they were able to "fit" me in for "one issue" {knee or hand?} Would not recommend based on my experience so far.
This Doctor is the worst doctor in Springfield. My mother went to him today because her knees are riddled with arthritis. The doctor hurt her during the exam, then refused to treat her because she was crying out in pain. He didn't finish the exam. He told her her pain was all in her head, despite her X-rays showing moderate to severe arthritis. He didn't even look at her X-rays. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! Go to a doctor affiliated with Ohio valley surgical center! They're the good doctors.
