I see Dr Chad for all my breathing issues. Thanks to him I am back on my feet. My oxygen problems had caused me to be bed ridden. He now has my emphysema and COPD under control. I have my life back. So very Thankful. Thank you Jesus. You have to have a doctor's referral to see him. If you don't have insurance get it from the health department.
I called to try to get an appointment and even though I do not need a referral to get an apt- they insisted that I see my primary care doctor for a referral so that they could send over all the infi to the doctor- I asked specifically what kind of information- as I needed to see a specialist about my breathing not my primary doctor- the receptionist said that the kind of information they needed is demographics, medicines I’m taking, the reason I’m being seen. - all of which I would have to fill out on intake forms- with thei... read more
Office staff were very rude! Went in after calling twice to get an appointment for my father in law, following an hospital stay. Left 2 voicemails and never received a call back, walked in to make an appointment and was treated very rudely. Would not recommend this office
We absolutely love Dr.Chad. After having a horrible experience with another lung Dr, we definitely got sent to the right place here. The staff is amazing as well.
