Been renting for 6 months....have had racoons in my attic for 2 months fighting and walking around.....put in work requests.....nothing.....called maintenance.....never heard from them again...... i do hear from Roost when its time to pay rent.......let the racoons pay rent until you come get them....
I had a very bad experience with the roost agency, I believed in them a lot, but it gave me a bad impression since at the beginning the person who answered me was a person with a racist tone. I was waiting for 2 weeks just to tell me that the house is no longer available that I could apply for another house then it makes me understand that they only occupy you so that you pay the application
Fix things cheaply
Never rent from here I went to one property it looked like they didn't attempt to make it look presentable or anything. But because I needed a house I applied for another place they took my deposit for the house told me to switch my utilities to the house. Then after doing all that they told me I didn't get the house.. also they told me to write on my money order and when I went to get my money back I had to take the written money order back and pay 75 dollars to get my cash back.. ROOST IS HORRIBLE!!
