Had an 18 year old hot tub that I needed to replace. Springfield Pool and Spa went above and beyond for me. DJ, the sales manager, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient. Pat, the service manager, was equally helpful. I highly recommend this company and its employees.
Worst customer service ever!
*This review applies to the former owners, particularly Kelly and Scott.* Stellar experience, impressed with their personnel and totally loving my new spa! We met with Scott and Kelly regarding purchasing a spa and it's related installation. From our initial visits to learn about their selections, to ordering, onto delivery and then finally, our spa education, we have been treated with the highest level of customer service. The installers were great, showed up on time and finished the job quickly. The salesman was a different story. He showed up 20 minutes late, tried to change the agreed upon price and terms, and added $200 in chemicals to the invoice without asking first. I stood my ground and eventually ended up with a nice hot tub at a reasonable price.
The good thing is there are several pool companies in the Springfield area, don't make my mistake by using this one. I started this process during the off-season in February. We found an installer we liked but he was exclusive to this place (Should have been the first red flag). Unlike all the other pool places in town this one has one single guy that can sell you a pool.
