Good handicap parking spot. Nice access to the sidewalk
Had an 18 year old hot tub that I needed to replace. Springfield Pool and Spa went above and beyond for me. DJ, the sales manager, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient. Pat, the service manager, was equally helpful. I highly recommend this company and its employees.
Worst customer service ever!

We met with Scott and Kelly regarding purchasing a spa and it's related installation. From our initial visits to learn about their selections, to ordering, onto delivery and then finally, our spa education, we have been treated with the highest level of customer service.
