Don’t do any business with these Folks. They sold us a pool and we returned it since they could never get the parts. However they still have our money. Buyer beware. DJ is the person we dealt with, stay clear of this place.
Our HOA’s pool opened 3 weeks ago. It hasn’t been clean since it has opened. I know chemicals are being used, but the pool is filthy, there is literal trash and debris in the bottom of our pool and no one has bothered to clean it . it seems it’s just getting worse.
Copper leaf neighborhood. Rudely asked everybody get out of the pool immediately to add chlorine… Wouldn’t recommend for a pool service company. The water hasn’t looked clean since they’ve been hired. Constantly bandaids , hair globs, fish eggs in a big glob in the bottom…just straight filthy in the pool. Green water- you can’t see the bottom.
The salesman up front is rude as can be. I was speaking to another business associate when he screamed at me, "I'm on the phone!" It took everything in me to bite my tongue and not say anything. This man was rude as can be and I will avoid them now, because of him!!!!!!
