Woman at front desk/answering calls needs to be fired. She claims she has worked there for 36yrs and has never had a complaint… even tho there seem to be many bad reviews about her here. I asked to speak to someone about her to complain and she said there was nobody to complain to and proceeded to hang up… I hope the doctor looks at these reviews bc I assume he doesn’t know how awful this woman is. I’m in the medical field and couldn’t imagine speaking to any patient like this never mind someone in pain looking for help…. Un... read more
The lady at the front desk is very rude, gave me attitude because I was in pain and couldn’t understand me, then when I asked for a manager to make a complaint she said she’s not transferring me to anyone cause their privately owned and the dr doesn’t care how she speaks to patients she even threated to call the cops because I’m trying to make a complaint
I met with Dr. Jones today and no other provider has thoroughly explained anything to me except Dr. Jones. The pain is still there however my consult and experience left me feeling more knowledgeable and understanding about what is needed. Thank you to everyone even when I walked through the door.
