Don't subject yourself to the aggravation of having to deal with this office staff. Caused my wife to go without her medication for 10 days because they couldn't process a Prior Authorization on a timely basis. She now may lose her disability insurance because they won't process the necessary paperwork.
Dr. Melchionna was great! Sat and explained EVERYTHING to me. Even had visuals! Lol! We laughed a lot! Great experience!
Hopefully you don't need forms filled out because this office refuses to do so. The absolute WORST ATTITUDE and no help to it's patients. I will ALWAYS tell people not to go here, there are better services elsewhere. You shouldn't have to fear losing your job because your doctor will not take 10 seconds to sign a form!!!
Dr. Melchionna is the absolute best!! Great bedside manner, very caring and concerned about his patients!
Dr.Melchiona is the BEST!!! Stacy Panasi PA is also amazing. I love both of them and can't thank them both for the GREAT care they have given me the past 20 years. Thank you so much for everything. See you again in 3 months!!!
