My wife was a patient of this practice, emphasis on the word WAS. She passed away a couple of months ago. You'd think the clinic would have sent condolences like my wife's other physicians did. NOPE. They did manage to call me TWICE after she had passed, looking for payment for 2 visits at the dialysis clinic where their nephrologist is the medical director.
