Understaffed. Poor mechanic man can’t be the only staff here every day. Welp it’s Saturday and they are closed at 12:00 . My rear tire is needed for the track tomorrow and can’t get ahold of these guys. No warning of being closed.
Got an unbelievable deal on a left over, they made the buying process simple and easy .
I found the motorcycle I’ve been searching high and low for on a Craigslist post by Springfield Motorsports. I immediately contacted the number in the ad, but had to leave a VM. Later I received a text message from a sales rep, 413-883-7399. I was told the bike was still for sale and was made an offer. I counter offered but was informed I wouldn’t hear back until tomorrow. Delivered some bikes, not an easy place to back a semi in, but it's great being greeted by guys who make ya laugh as soon as I jumped out of the truck!!!
I bought a used Yamaha bike it's great. My salesman Jason was exceptional. I got a great deal "very happy"
Got a good deal on a very nice bike but they called me at the last minute to tell me they can't store the bike, which was Part of the deal. 3/18/16 Brought bike in today to have crash bars, foot pegs, and power tap for cell phone (packaged with sale) installed. Great job and I was out in about an hour.
No inspection stickers. Again. The last reason to visit this shop is no longer warranted.
