I've had problem after problem with my car since purchasing from them. l've put thousands of dollars into fixing my car. Would NEVER recommend them to a friend or family member.... not even a stranger at this point! I've seen their generic responses to other 1 star reviews. Don't believe their "always call with any problems" bs. They will tell you car is sold as is.
SCAM Alert!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They take your money and do not give you the vehicle!!!!!
Bought my Subaru Crosstrek here back in January. Best car ive ever had. Incredibly helpful staff. I recommend them to anyone I come across looking for a vehicle especially a used Subaru. After weeks of looking around, being talked down to, disrespected with complete rip offs I walked into Springfield Motors and immediately felt like my time and my money were respected.
I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester and with in a couple of months I have had to get the some electrical problems fixed along with a valve body in the transmission and replaced the air conditioning system all together about $4000 so your cars are not quality as you say
I was stressed trying to find a new vehicle with my limited time to look around - I stopped in randomly to check out a Land Rover they had available. Alex helped me work out the financing and it was a painless, pressure-free process. I love my new car & it’s my favorite one I’ve owned, and would recommend going here for your next vehicle.
