2018 Ford F350 we drove down 2 hours from Kansas City and was told this truck was solid. After a test drive there was very noticable play in the front suspension, so much so you could twist with your hand. It was tinking when making a turn. They refused to acknowledge that this could be a problem. I even asked if we could have a local mechanic look at it and if they would back their truck if there was an issue, and they said no. I would be very thorough when looking at a vehicle at this place.
I worked with Phoenix. He was fantastic and absolutely a breeze to work. He made the whole process simple and easy! 10/10 would recommend SMC to absolutely anyone!
