I have no complaints! I never have to wait past my appt time. Everyone is so kind and professional! I travel from the MA hilltowns to Enfield mostly because my PCP joined their practice a few years ago. It is very well run!
So rude, people at front desk screamed pretty much at me and my husband because of an unresolved insurance issue that's almost completely out of our hands.
Was there for 5 yrs and I have been with my new Dr for a few months and let’s just say my new Dr has helped me more in these few months than my Dr ever did at Enfield medical associates did in the 5 yrs that I was with them and that says a lot even though they basically stopped seeing me for missed appointments without taking into consideration that I was traveling from Springfield and get severe anxiety driving I’m glad she did cause now I’m actually getting the help I need
