The receptionist is very helpfull. However, if you have to take your equiptment in for a repair, Ed is a different story. Ed, the repair man is not there on Mondays. So if you need a repair done on a Monday, be prepared to lose business that day. I took in a floor buffer to get repaired on Thursday. By 3pm that day, Ed had not started on it.
