My mothers a/c went out a week and a half ago. This company was contracted by the home warranty company to fix the a/c. Someone came out the first day and told my mother that the unit needed a new transformer and since it was an old unit the part would need to be ordered and they would let her know. Save your money and go on to someone else... They came out said I had a leak, never looked for leak, charged system and left. 3 days later, I called them again. No response, texted them no response.. finally called someone else.. then they had called me back 3 weeks later asking for a check. I wrote a check to the service tech.. Not my problem after that! They said I need to write another check.. I get it.. the tech took a picture of check.. Screw this place
