Love the gym just wish it had a few pieces of crucial equipment like hack squat and rear pec deck for rear delts. Other than that i love it

I love this place. I spent 30 years in the corporate grind before buying Springfield Health and Fitness Center. The only regrets is that when I bought it, wish I had changed the name because it is long to write all the time and everyone calls it Pat's gym anyway.
It's the best facility I've belonged to in the Springfield/Dayton area.
Extremely supportive trainers, best equipment to lift with. Gym is clean, well maintained and always well lit and not too hot or cold. Great selection of supplements! �
