I lived at 202 pearl St. for 7 years. I hated my life and the people. I had to get 6 weeks of therapy. Not to mention medical help Because the building was so infested with bugs. That I was being eaten alive when I slept at night. It was a nightmare to live here. I leave this as a warning to others. Most will not see this. But those that do stay clear for your mental health. The people that work for Springfield gardens were always nice to me. Thats the positive thing I can say.

I lived at the 356 Belmont building from 2020-2024. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. Terrible tenants, broken building, terrible neighborhood, awful (mis)management. I stayed bc the rent was in my price range and the pandemic was happening and I was very close to my job. Constant fighting with dog poop (dogs are not allowed yet they are everywhere), broken doors, crackheads, and no response from management.
