This review would receive 5 stars if “the management” was as kind, caring, and considerate as the majority of the folks renting- they are only interested in your monthly rent check! The head person who owns this property as well as owning Westfield NJ, the jersey shore property ..plus…is “non existent” to renters- He has NO contact allowed!! leasing office will give you NO name, No phone #, and No email address for management. Been living here for 7yrs! Let's be very clear there are no amenities. Too many ppl now have mental health dogs in a property where dogs arent allowed. Explain finding poop in front of my townhouse grass area. My son likes to play on the grass and now he cant. If you so call do not allow dogs please be explicit to those who have dogs about picking up after them. Also amenities where? I lived in Springfield Garden for six years (Summer 2019 to Summer 2025), and my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the maintenance crew was wonderful; they were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They truly made day-to-day living more comfortable and deserve recognition for their hard work. However, there were several disappointments.
