I lived in Springfield Garden for six years (Summer 2019 to Summer 2025), and my experience was mixed. On the positive side, the maintenance crew was wonderful; they were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They truly made day-to-day living more comfortable and deserve recognition for their hard work. However, there were several disappointments. I’m here a long time 2 COMPLAINTS THE CLEANNESS OF THE APARTMENT BUILDINGS IT USED TO BE EXCELLENT NOW NOT SO CLEAN stained carpets dirty carpets I’m embarrassed to have company. Also we have side doors that should be closed all the time they are not this is the tenants fault when you leave these doors open ANYONE can get in very unsafe. Something should be done about this!!
