Very professional and personable. I moved up to Springfield 3 years ago, and this office now takes care of my medical needs.
My family just moved to Springfield and is seen at this office. We absolutely love it. The receptionist is incredibly sweet, as well as the nurses. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs a primary care provider in the area.
When arriving I was greeted by one of the most rude receptionist I've encountered by a physician's office. Then my appointment was at 2:45 and did not see the N.P. until 3:55. There were no other patients in the waiting room so I'm not sure why the long wait but this whole time the front staff were launching and carrying on . Then I called on Tuesday for my blood work and again received the rude comment by the person that answered the phone that if no one has called then the labs were not back.
