I’ve been a patient of Dr Bartels for several years and always purchased my eyewear from his facility. This year I went somewhere else for my frames. I had an issue with the frames fitting correctly that they couldn’t fix. I called Angie and without hesitation she had me come in. My glasses were fixed in minutes with the same kindness she shows when I do buy from Springfield Eye Specialists! Dr Slinker does an amazing job and has taken care of our family for years. He really takes the time to explain anything going on and how to address it.
