I've bought a house in Springfield in 2016 and I will say Springfield electric is ok. At least once a month the light go out or flicker. I believe it's bc more people are living in Springfield though they did come out and replaced the meter a couple years ago but still lights seem to flicker
Sadly like everything else in this country poor service. Electricity goes off every week in area. We are third world 🌎 now. Poor leadership down to the electric company 😢.
