Jazzercise East is a great place to exercise! The classes are led by instructors who make it fun while providing a thorough work out in cardio, strength and stretch. Highly recommended!

Restarted Jazz with a Friend long distance to get motivated during the pandemic. Springfield East is great! Instructors are fun and so many types of classes. In person or live streaming. High impact with weights all the way to stretchy classes. This isn't your mom's Jazzercise, but it is also okay to bring your Mom! Group classes on holidays are such always a party!
This Jazzercise center is amazing. The instructors are so fun and so good at motivating you. They are great at their jobs. They care and make you feel like family. I enjoy the workout and the variety it offers.
