The employees at the Springfield Do-it Center on Dickman Rd are tremendous at customer service. Once when I reserved a U-Haul trailer and came to pick it up, they told me that I could save a lot of money by changing the reservation from one-way to round trip. I would never have know otherwise. What's more their service related to the transaction was simply top notch. I have rented from other places in town and it was so-so. All future rentals to be done through Springfield Do-it Center.
