Springfield dentures and implants is under new management since my last visit and I am pleased to say the entire staff was personable, professional, and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing for the best smile experience!

I had a positive initial experience, but I was provided with a final product that does not match the materials specified in my signed treatment plan. I paid $3,000 per arch for cast metal partials, but what I received was an acrylic top partial with a wire, and a lower partial made entirely of acrylic and clear plastic with no metal framework. ​Despite multiple attempts to contact the office to resolve this discrepancy, I was repeatedly told I would receive a callback today, but no one has followed up.
