I find it difficult to find the words to describe my impressions. They surrounded my son with warmth and care. The problem was solved the same day. Everything was wonderful. I am very grateful to your team.
Staff and dentists were amazing, loved the building. The only thing I would warn others about is that they do not offer payment plans and prices can be astronomically high depending on your insurance - we’re finding this out the hard way. Edited to add - Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone. Their office did not even attempt to contact me to come up with any alternative solutions to the nearly 5k bill we had received in order to have his dental needs addressed. I love how good they are with my kids.but we had insurance issues with them the 1st no issue but kids was on mo Medicaid then . We used my husband insurance we had issues with them they try saying we owe 210 dollars then when we know our insurance is in network with them . The girl at the front said well you get 2 kids cover get half off on the other kids we had 4 kids get check up normal check up that not how insurance work it not by 2 half off in 2 when the insurance is in network.
