I have not been to the dentist yet, but the staff is horrible! They are rude and just blame the other person for any "mis-communication". I called them to ask if they are accepting new patients, they said they were. Once I added them as my primary care provider (which took a month), first I couldn't get through them because they were always out of office. The Hygienist was great, however, the dentist isn't at all. I will never go back there. They are in my network however, they charged me over what Concordia allows. They also do give Invisalign services asked for a retainer the dentist said no go back to you old dentist which is in upstate NY.

Doctor office doesn’t pick up phone calls, so it’s hard to get in touch with them. If you have a DMO plan, they put you on a waitlist. I don’t get why they say they accept DMO plans when they put people on a waitlist without letting them make an appointment. It’s ridiculous! I haven’t seen the dentist because of this. They prioritize people with PPO and not the ones with DMO. I don’t recommend going here at all.
