The used car we bought for our daughter had a minor dent and rust on the top of the trunk where something fell in it. The quote for fixing the car was quite reasonable (<$400). The car was done in about 4 days (paint drying) and looks virtually new. We are very happy with the results and perfect paint match.

The dealership that I purchased my car from took the car there to have the hood repainted. The dealership apparently did some paint touch up on the rock chips. Springfield collision didn't sand all the spots down and am now left with high spots in the paint.
Springfield collision center has gone above and beyond for me multiple times! I hit a deer and they kept me updated, and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted. Fast forward- I get rear ended the week after picking it up. Robyn had a tow truck there before the police even showed up. I will never take my car to anyone else. You guys are hands down the best around!
Wow. These people give. A. Crap. Lots of them in fact. Robin at the front desk is BEYOND helpful. I was hit by someone with horrible insurance. Not only was Springfield Collision the only body shop(out of 3 that I called for estimate) that would deal with this insurance company, they went above and beyond in more ways than I can even list in this review.
