Normally, I have a great experiences, and my doctor particularly is great. However, tonight I had to call the tele nurse because of a side effect from a new medication. She listened to my symptoms, told me she had everything she needed, and would call Dr. Albright, and would get back to me with the doctors advice. The receptionist, Gabby, was great! Super friendly and very upbeat and caring! :)
I have called several times about myself or my daughter and always get knowledgeable staff who give helpful answers. They tell me what to look for to know if I need to go to prompt care or wait it out
