The first time ive ever called telenurse, she was so extremely rude to me. She kept talking over me and the reason why I called. She even said "dont interrupt me". Then proceeds to tell me that I should not have called unless I had certain symptoms. I tried to tell her I do have all those symptoms but she wouldnt let me speak, even when I ask her to let me speak at all. Very upsetting.
Normally, I have a great experiences, and my doctor particularly is great. However, tonight I had to call the tele nurse because of a side effect from a new medication. She listened to my symptoms, told me she had everything she needed, and would call Dr. Albright, and would get back to me with the doctors advice. When she called me back, she argued with me that my side effect was from my condition, rather than the medication, even though I had already informed her that the pharmacist told me it was a side effect of my medic... read more
