I had a very negative experience with them recently in which I felt they weren't really addressing my gallbladder issue but instead roping me into surgery while not being honest with me about the process, telling me an mri was needed one minute and saying there would not be an mri at all the next minute, leaving me confused and frustrated and feeling betrayed.
