out of the blue, this clinic began sending me bills about 6 months ago for services i never received. They didn't even have a complete address for me, the supposed patient, and somehow that didn't raise any red flags?? Every time I would call and speak to someone in their customer service department they'd reassure me they would pass it on to be investigated and they'd have a supervisor contact me. Springfield Clinic has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give them a negative if I could. It is my opinion that Ona and Tim are cold hearted awful people that would be better off if they didn't interact with the patients ever. Go to a vet - they have more compassion than SC.
